Development and Practice of Intelligent Early Warning System for Substation Lifting Equipment

  • In order to solve the safety control problem of lifting operations in ultra-high voltage substations, this article analyzes the necessity of building an intelligent warning system for lifting equipment in substations from the perspective of digital transformation, and proposes corresponding development and practical strategies. Research has shown that an intelligent early warning system constructed by integrating technologies such as Beidou positioning, millimeter wave radar, and multi system data integration can achieve closed-loop control of the entire lifting operation process; The digital application based on the“three determinations, one card, and one process”work standard can effectively improve the standardization level and intrinsic safety capability of on-site operations.
