Abstract
It analyzes the limitations and efficiency bottlenecks of traditional maintenance methods, introduces the working principle and equipment composition of laser scanning technology, and studies its specific applications in internal structure inspection, fault diagnosis, and prevention of steam turbines. The specific mechanism of laser scanning technology in improving maintenance efficiency is elucidated by combining high-precision data acquisition and modeling, reduction of manual operations and process optimization, and improvement of maintenance decision-making accuracy and real-time performance. The research shows that laser scanning technology can significantly improve maintenance efficiency, reduce maintenance risks, and provide technical support for the reliable operation of steam turbines.
