Electricity Marketization Reform and Interest Game
-
Abstract
Electricity marketization reform refers to the deregulation of government control over the power industry, the introduction of market competition, and the construction of a unified, open, and orderly competitive electricity market system. Currently, China’s electricity marketization reform is at a critical stage of comprehensive implementation and deepening breakthroughs for a unified national electricity market system. The reform involves four core stakeholders: power generation companies, grid companies, electricity consumers, and the government, forming a multi-dimensional interest game among them. This paper briefly analyzes the background of electricity marketization reform, clarifies the core game points of each stakeholder, and proposes simple and feasible interest coordination paths based on practical considerations, providing a brief reference for resolving conflicts and promoting electricity marketization reform.
