Research on Optimization of Layout Technology and Improvement of Ash Cleaning Efficiency of Acoustic Blowers for Denitrification Reactors in Power Plants

  • The denitrification reactor in power plants is prone to catalyst ash accumulation during long-term operation, resulting in decreased reaction efficiency, increased system pressure drop, and shortened operating cycle. As a non-contact new type of dust cleaning method, the sonic soot blower achieves efficient dust cleaning without damaging the catalyst structure due to its high-frequency vibration and full coverage characteristics, and has high engineering adaptability. This article focuses on the optimization path of the layout technology of acoustic soot blowers in power plant SCR reactors. Combining the adaptability and blind spots of common layout forms, an optimization scheme based on zone coordination, angle combination, and dynamic control is proposed. Furthermore, the mechanism of layout optimization on improving the cleaning efficiency is explored, providing path reference for the stable operation of SCR systems.
