Development and Practice of Intelligent Early Warning System for Substation Lifting Equipment

  • 摘要: 为解决变电站起重作业安全管控难题,文章从数字化转型角度出发,分析了变电站起重设备智能预警系统建设的必要性,并提出相应开发与实践策略。研究表明,融合北斗定位、毫米波雷达、多系统数据集成等技术构建的智能预警系统,可实现起重作业全过程闭环管控;依托“三定一卡一流程”工作标准的数字化应用,能够有效提升现场作业规范化水平与本质安全能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the safety control problem of lifting operations in ultra-high voltage substations, this article analyzes the necessity of building an intelligent warning system for lifting equipment in substations from the perspective of digital transformation, and proposes corresponding development and practical strategies. Research has shown that an intelligent early warning system constructed by integrating technologies such as Beidou positioning, millimeter wave radar, and multi system data integration can achieve closed-loop control of the entire lifting operation process; The digital application based on the“three determinations, one card, and one process”work standard can effectively improve the standardization level and intrinsic safety capability of on-site operations.
