Path and Practical Exploration for the Intelligent Upgrade of Operation and Maintenance Equipment in Large Wind Farms under New Energy Scenarios

  • 摘要: 全球能源转型推动风电产业走向规模化与复杂化,传统运维装备难以满足大型风电场高效可靠运行需求。文章聚焦新能源场景下风电运维痛点,分析运维装备发展现状与升级必要性,明确巡检、诊断与管控3个升级方向,构建感知传输、算法模型与场景融合的分层递进路径,并完成陆上风电场与复杂场景风电场的实践验证,由此形成一套可落地的智能化升级方案。

     

    Abstract: The global energy transition is driving the wind power industry toward greater scale and complexity. Traditional operation and maintenance equipment struggle to meet the demands for efficient and reliable operation of largescale wind farms. This paper addresses the key challenges in wind power O&M within new energy applications, analyzes the current state of equipment development and the necessity for upgrades, identifies three critical upgrade areas—inspection, diagnosis, and management—and establishes a layered, progressive approach integrating perception and transmission, algorithmic models, and scenario adaptation. Practical validation has been conducted for both onshore and complex-scenario wind farms, resulting in a actionable intelligent upgrade solution.
