碳纳米管电热膜在闸门防冰冻方面的应用

Application of Carbon Nanotube Electric Heating Films in Gate Anti-freezing

  • 摘要: 文章以华能托什干河水分公司别迭里水电站拦河闸2号引水钢闸门为实例,阐述了冬季闸门冰冻问题带来的危害,通过对几种常规闸门防冰冻技术实践效果的比较分析,提出闸门在冬季运行时采用敷设碳纳米管电热膜的方案,可解决闸门防冰冻问题,保证冬季闸门正常运行,保障设备和水工建筑物的安全。

     

    Abstract: Taking the No. 2 diversion steel gate of the Biedie River Hydropower Station's river-blocking gate at the Huaineng Toshikan River Branch Company as an example, this paper elaborates on the hazards caused by winter gate freezing. Through a comparative analysis of the practical effects of several conventional gate anti-freezing technologies, it proposes a solution of installing carbon nanotube electric heating films for gate operation in winter, which can address the anti-freezing issues and ensure normal gate operation, safeguarding both equipment and hydraulic structures.
