Analysis of the Application of Substation Operation and Maintenance in Equipment Condition Maintenance

  • 摘要: 随着电网规模的持续扩大,对供电可靠性的要求不断提高。相较于传统的定期检修模式,基于设备实际运行状态的状态检修策略在提升检修效率、降低运维成本及保障电网安全稳定运行方面表现出显著优势。文章阐述了电力设备状态检修的内涵与优势,探讨了状态检修关键技术的应用,并提出了提升状态检修水平的具体策略。研究表明,构建覆盖设备全生命周期的信息管理体系,融合在线监测、离线检测与解体点检等多种技术手段,并建立科学的故障诊断与检修决策流程,是提升电力设备状态检修应用水平的核心路径。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous expansion of the power grid, the demand for power supply reliability is constantly increasing. Compared to the traditional periodic maintenance model, the condition-based maintenance strategy, which relies on the actual operational status of equipment, demonstrates significant advantages in improving maintenance efficiency, reducing operation and maintenance costs, and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The article elaborates on the connotation and advantages of condition-based maintenance for power equipment, explores the application of key technologies in condition-based maintenance, and proposes specific strategies to enhance its implementation. The study reveals that constructing an information management system covering the entire lifecycle of equipment, integrating various technical means such as online monitoring, offline testing, and disassembly inspections, and establishing a scientific fault diagnosis and maintenance decision-making process, are the core approaches to elevating the application level of condition-based maintenance for power equipment.
