Abstract: In response to the problems of high transmission and storage pressure of massive video streams in the intelligent monitoring system of substations, insufficient adaptability of general compression algorithms to scenes, and low fidelity of key target information, this article combines the exclusive characteristics of substation monitoring scenes to explore an efficient compression technology system for video streams adapted to substation scenes, aiming to provide technical support for the efficient and stable operation of intelligent monitoring systems in substations.
