Wide Area Adaptive Protection Strategy and Implementation for New Energy Access

  • 摘要: 随着新能源的大规模并网,使得传统保护装置存在误动或拒动的风险。文章提出了一种针对新能源接入的广域自适应保护方法,以建立“分层分布式”的体系结构为基础,综合利用多种信息来源进行动态判断并捕捉故障信号特点,并利用自适应整定及区域协作判定的方式来实时调整保护定值及相互之间的协调工作方式,旨在保障新型电力系统安全运行。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale integration of new energy into the grid, the inherent fault and low support characteristics of new energy pose a risk of misoperation or refusal of traditional protective devices. The article proposes a wide area adaptive protection method for new energy access, based on the establishment of a "layered and distributed" architecture. It comprehensively utilizes multiple information sources for dynamic judgment and captures the characteristics of fault signals, and uses adaptive tuning and regional collaborative judgment to adjust the protection settings and coordinate the working methods in real time, aiming to ensure the safe operation of the new power system.
