智能电力系统中10 kV电气设备保护调试技术应用

Application of Protection and Debugging Technology for 10 kV Electrical Equipment in Intelligent Power System

  • 摘要: 文章分析了智能电力系统中10 kV电气设备保护调试对设备稳定运行和系统协同控制的支撑作用,从保护定值校验、动作逻辑调试、二次回路检查、保护出口试验、通信联调和自动化功能验证方面归纳了关键技术内容,探讨了标准化调试流程、智能终端联动和调试数据分析在现场作业、故障处置及后续运维中的具体应用。研究表明,保护调试技术的规范应用能够减少保护拒动、误动和信息传递滞后等问题,增强10 kV电气设备故障识别、快速切除和运行反馈能力,对完善智能电力系统保护体系、提高配电网运行可靠性具有现实意义。

     

    Abstract: The article analyzes the supporting role of 10 kV electrical equipment protection and debugging in the stable operation of the intelligent power system and the coordinated control of the system. It summarizes the key technical contents from aspects such as protection setting value verification, action logic debugging, secondary circuit inspection, protection export test, communication coordination and automation function verification. It also discusses the specific applications of standardized debugging procedures, intelligent terminal linkage and debugging data analysis in on-site operations, fault handling and subsequent maintenance. The research shows that the standardized application of protection debugging technology can reduce problems such as protection failure to operate, incorrect operation and information transmission delay, enhance the fault identification, rapid tripping and operation feedback capabilities of 10 kV electrical equipment, and has practical significance for improving the protection system of the intelligent power system and enhancing the operational reliability of the distribution network.
