基于激光扫描技术的汽轮机检修维护效率提升研究

Research on Enhancing Turbine Maintenance Efficiency Based on Laser Scanning Technology

  • 摘要: 文章分析了传统检修方法的局限性与效率瓶颈,介绍了激光扫描技术的工作原理与设备构成,研究了其在汽轮机内部结构检测、故障诊断与预防中的具体应用。结合高精度数据采集与建模、人工操作减少与流程优化、检修决策准确性与实时性提升等方面,阐明了激光扫描技术对检修效率提升的具体机制。研究表明,激光扫描技术能够显著提高检修效率,降低检修风险,为汽轮机的可靠运行提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: It analyzes the limitations and efficiency bottlenecks of traditional maintenance methods, introduces the working principle and equipment composition of laser scanning technology, and studies its specific applications in internal structure inspection, fault diagnosis, and prevention of steam turbines. The specific mechanism of laser scanning technology in improving maintenance efficiency is elucidated by combining high-precision data acquisition and modeling, reduction of manual operations and process optimization, and improvement of maintenance decision-making accuracy and real-time performance. The research shows that laser scanning technology can significantly improve maintenance efficiency, reduce maintenance risks, and provide technical support for the reliable operation of steam turbines.
