Research on Key Technologies for Insulation Performance and Loss Optimization of Ultra High Voltage Converter Transformers

  • 摘要: 特高压换流变压器作为特高压直流输电系统的核心设备,其绝缘性能决定系统运行可靠性,损耗水平影响输电效率及节能效果。文章分析了特高压换流变压器绝缘性能的核心影响因素、常见失效机理,以及损耗的主要类型和根源,研究了绝缘提升和损耗优化的关键技术,提出了可行性技术方案,为设计、制造、运维等工作提供支撑,助力系统实现高效、安全且稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: The ultra-high voltage converter transformer, as the core equipment of the ultra-high voltage direct current transmission system, its insulation performance determines the operational reliability of the system, and the loss level affects the transmission efficiency and energy-saving effect. This article analyzes the core influencing factors of the insulation performance of the ultra-high voltage converter transformer, common failure mechanisms, as well as the main types and causes of losses. It studies the key technologies for insulation improvement and loss optimization, and proposes feasible technical solutions, providing support for design, manufacturing, and operation and maintenance work, and helping the system achieve efficient, safe, and stable operation.
