变电站主变压器冷却系统常见故障技术处理

Technical Handling of Common Faults in the Cooling System of Main Transformers in Substations

  • 摘要: 针对220 kV金子山变电站1号变压器冷却系统存在的声音异常、跳闸、渗漏油、油温异常升高及放电5类故障,文章分析了其成因并制订了针对性处理方案。该变电站应用结果表明,故障处理后设备运行稳定性提升,散热及监控效能优化,部件寿命延长,运维强度降低,有效保障了变压器及区域电网的安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: Regarding the five types of faults (abnormal sounds, tripping, oil leakage, abnormal increase in oil temperature, and discharge) in the cooling system of the No. 1 transformer at the 220 kV Jinzishan Substation, this article analyzed the causes and formulated a targeted technical solution. The application results show that after the fault handling, the operational stability of the equipment has improved, the heat dissipation and monitoring efficiency have been optimized, the component lifespan has been extended, the operation and maintenance intensity has been reduced, and effectively ensured the safe and stable operation of the transformer and the regional power grid.
