  • 摘要: 在“双碳”目标引领与新能源规模化发展背景下,风电、光伏等新能源电站呈现点多面广、分散布局特征,传统分散式运维管理模式已难以适配产业发展需求,集控运行成为新能源生产集约化管理的核心载体。文章以华能东疆分公司实践为依托,结合集团新能源生产管理体系与行业发展要求,系统剖析新能源集控运行管理现状、痛点与短板,从管理体系、技术支撑、人员能力3个维度,探索集控运行管理优化路径与效率提升策略,为新能源行业高质量发展提供实践参考与理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: Under the guidance of the“dual carbon”target and the background of large-scale development of new energy, new energy power plants such as wind power and photovoltaic power show the characteristics of multiple points, wide coverage, and decentralized layout. The traditional decentralized operation and maintenance management mode is no longer suitable for the needs of industrial development, and centralized operation has become the core carrier of intensive management of new energy production. This article is based on the practice of Huaneng Dongjiang Branch, combined with the group’s new energy production management system and industry development requirements. It systematically analyzes the current situation, pain points, and shortcomings of new energy centralized control operation management. From the three dimensions of management system, technical support, and personnel capabilities, it explores the optimization path and efficiency improvement strategy of centralized control operation management, providing practical reference and theoretical support for the high-quality development of the new energy industry.
