牵引供电系统故障智能诊断在石家庄地铁1号线的应用

Application Research on Intelligent Diagnosis of Traction Power Supply System faults in ShiJiazhuang Metro Line

  • 摘要: 文章针对城市轨道交通牵引供电系统智能化运维需求,提出基于小波变换Mallat算法的智能诊断方法。采用多分辨率分析提取接触网故障特征,可靠、快速地定位故障;并在石家庄地铁1号线得到应用,形成了完整可行的智能运维方案。运行结果表明,利用Mallat算法的故障诊断准确率、响应速度均有较大提升,能提早发现故障征兆、准确识别故障点,促使运维模式从“事后处理”转向“事前预防”,成为轨道交通运维智能化、数字化发展的最有力支撑。

     

    Abstract: This article addresses the intelligent operation and maintenance requirements of the traction power supply system for urban rail transit, and proposes an intelligent diagnosis method based on the Mallat algorithm of wavelet transformation. The contact network fault features are extracted through multi-resolution analysis, enabling reliable and rapid fault location. This method has been applied in the No. 1 Line of Shijiazhuang Metro and has formed a complete and feasible intelligent operation and maintenance plan. The operation results show that the accuracy and response speed of fault diagnosis using the Mallat algorithm have been significantly improved. It can detect fault signs earlier and accurately identify the fault points, promoting the operation and maintenance mode from "post-event handling" to "pre-event prevention", and becoming the most powerful support for the intelligent and digital development of rail transit operation and maintenance.
