火电厂厂用电系统安全运行及事故预防措施研究

Research on Safe Operation and Accident Prevention Measures for Power Plant Auxiliary Power Systems

  • 摘要: 厂用电系统是火电厂生产流程的核心组成部分,是保障发电机组启停、正常运行及事故工况下设备安全的关键基础,其运行稳定性直接决定火电厂的生产安全与电力系统的功率平衡。文章阐述了火电厂厂用电系统安全运行的重要性,系统剖析了影响系统安全运行的设备、保护、运维、工况环境4大类风险与事故成因,针对性提出了全流程的安全运行保障与事故预防措施,为火电厂提升厂用电系统安全管控水平、防范非计划停机事故提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The plant power system is a core component of the production process of thermal power plants, and is a key foundation for ensuring the safety of equipment during the start stop, normal operation, and accident conditions of power generation units. Its operational stability directly determines the production safety of thermal power plants and the power balance of the power system. This article elaborates on the core importance of safe operation of the power system in thermal power plants. It systematically analyzes the four core risks and accident causes that affect the safe operation of the system: equipment, protection, operation and maintenance, and working environment. Targeted safety operation guarantees and accident prevention measures are proposed for the entire process, providing reference for improving the safety control level of the power system in thermal power plants and preventing unplanned shutdown accidents.
