垃圾焚烧电厂一般工业固废掺烧实验研究

Experimental Study on Co-incineration of General Industrial Solid Waste in Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Plants

  • 摘要: 文章以某垃圾焚烧电厂3号炉为实验对象,开展为期3d的一般工业固废掺烧实验,分别按单炉日处理量的10%、20%、30%比例掺烧工业固废。通过对实验前、中、后全流程的监测与分析,评估掺烧对焚烧炉运行工况、污染物排放及物料消耗的影响,旨在为垃圾焚烧电厂协同处置一般工业固废提供可行的技术参考与操作依据。

     

    Abstract: The article takes the No. 3 furnace of a certain garbage incineration power plant as the experimental object, and conducts a 3-day general industrial solid waste co firing experiment, co firing industrial solid waste at a ratio of 10%, 20%, and 30% of the daily processing capacity of a single furnace. By monitoring and analyzing the entire process before, during, and after the experiment, the impact of co incineration on the operating conditions, pollutant emissions, and material consumption of the incinerator is evaluated. The aim is to provide feasible technical references and operational basis for the collaborative disposal of general industrial solid waste in waste incineration power plants.
