摘要: 针对风力发电机组变桨系统与变流系统故障频发、可靠性不足的问题,文章从控制策略优化、传动机构保护、热管理强化及器件选型改进4个维度提出了系统性的优化方案,并验证了该方案的优化效果,旨在提升风机变桨及变流系统的可靠性。Abstract: This article proposes a systematic optimization scheme from four dimensions: control strategy optimization, transmission mechanism protection, thermal management enhancement, and component selection improvement, in response to the frequent failures and insufficient reliability of wind turbine pitch and flow systems. The optimization effect of the scheme is verified, aiming to improve the reliability of wind turbine pitch and flow systems.
