  • 摘要: 针对大规模新能源并网带来的弃电压力,跨区输电通道作为资源优化配置的核心载体,其规划与运行模式有待革新。文章通过对高渗透率可再生能源接入下电网波动特性的深度剖析,探讨了输电通道在动态容量核定、多能互补调度及市场交易机制等方面的优化路径,旨在为跨省跨区电力资源互济提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In response to the pressure of power abandonment caused by large-scale new energy grid integration, the planning and operation mode of cross regional transmission channels, as the core carrier of resource optimization allocation, need to be innovated. The article deeply analyzes the fluctuation characteristics of the power grid under the integration of high penetration renewable energy, and explores the optimization path of transmission channels in dynamic capacity verification, multi energy complementary scheduling, and market trading mechanisms, aiming to provide reference for inter provincial and inter regional power resource mutual assistance.
