重型燃气轮机燃烧室过渡段气动造型设计及性能探究

Aerodynamic Design and Performance Exploration of Transition Section in Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Combustion Chamber

  • 摘要: 随着能源需求的增长,大型燃气轮机在发电、航空等方面的作用日益突出,成为提高能源效率及节能减排的重要技术途径之一。燃烧室过渡段作为关键部件,其气动性能对整体性能影响较大。文章介绍了大容量燃气轮机燃烧室过渡段气动外形设计及作用研究情况;分析了燃烧室过渡段的作用、难点及其在燃气轮机中的位置;采用CFD技术结合多种优化手段,对燃烧室过渡段进行了优化设计;提出了适用于过渡段的设计新气动模型,并可计算得到准确的流量、压力损失及温升等参数,以指导设计工作,在满足气流顺畅的前提下尽量减少气动损失。

     

    Abstract: With the growth of energy demand, large gas turbines are playing an increasingly important role in power generation, aviation, etc., and have become one of the important technical approaches for improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions. The combustion chamber transition section, as a key component, has a significant impact on the overall performance. This article introduces the aerodynamic design and function research of the combustion chamber transition section of large-capacity gas turbines; analyzes the role, difficulties, and position of the combustion chamber transition section in gas turbines; uses CFD technology combined with various optimization methods to optimize the design of the combustion chamber transition section; proposes a new aerodynamic model applicable to the transition section, and can calculate accurate parameters such as flow rate, pressure loss, and temperature rise, to guide the design work, and minimize aerodynamic losses while ensuring smooth airflow.
